In what areas will Senny Printing Machines be used?
Senny Printing Machines can be used on containers of differing shapes, sizes and materials for the food, cosmetics, daily use chemicals and pharmaceutical industies.
The printer is suitable for plastic products with various shapes, such as round, oval, triangular, square; and product range can be bottles, cans, hard tubes, etc.
The machine adopts a modular combined structure, each module includes digitally controlled servo- driven screen printing and UV curing functions, and the linear connection can realize a maximum of 8-color integrated production line.
The printing parameters of each color are independently adjusted, the printing function is digitalized, and the bottles of various shapes can be printed in 360°, and the machine’s debugging is easy and fast.
The machine can be connected to foil stamping or labeling modules to become a multi-functional printing production line such as silk screen printing with foil stamping or labeling; it can also be connected to a visual product detection module after printing to replace manual inspection.
The feeding conveyor can be connected directly with the bottle making equipment, or it can be connected to the automatic bottle unscrambler instead of manual feeding; After printing process, the discharging can be connected to a bagging machine to save labors.

* SLS1888 Servo-driven automatic machine for silk-screen printing of containers in plastic or other materials, having a circular, elliptical, square or rectangular section with centered or off-center neck,and it is easy for changing different shapes on printing section.
* Shape changeover: 30minutes for each machine,from cylindrical format to elliptical or flat format, can print all around in 360 degree.
* Linear unit structure combination: option of adding up to a total of eight in-line colors .
* The machine is operated by PLC and touch panel,which is easy to operate with excellent warning system.
* In-feeding parts includes:in-feeding belt and machine hand for side-selection.
* The host unit of the machine side-selection driven by servo motor,rotation for dust-removal of round container and flame treatment.
* Flame treatment for round,elliptical and rectangle container
* Device for pre-positioning
* Second time positioning for printing.
* Electronic lift for squeegee.
* UV curing by rotating round container driven by stepper motor.
* Electronic UV system: device for adjusting light freely(LED UV curing system can be as a replacement)
* Elliptical and square container side-selection for auxiliary machine section
* Output parts:Machine hand for container standing up and belt

SLS1888 can be configurated with Plasma Treating system, labelling system, hot-stamping system or UV-LED system as customer's specific demands.
