Electrical control metal smelting furnace for copper aluminum and gold
Description
The metal smelting furnce is used for smelting copper, aluminum, gold and other metals. The smelted metal can be recycled to make related product. The alternating current flows to a conductor (usually a copper tube) that is curled into a ring, which generates a magnetic beam. When the metal is placed in it, the magnetic beam runs through the metal body and generates a pit current (rotating current) in the direction of the Self-turning of the magnetic beam... At this time of induction, the resistance in the metal produces Joule heat (1 square R), which makes the temperature rise. This is induction heating. Thus, the heated objects such as metals can be heated in a non-contact state. (Fever is caused by Joule heat and hysteresis loss, but mainly by Joule heat).
