35 Kw Electric Metal Melting Furnace Aluminum Melting Furnace Machine Simple Installation
The alternating current flows to a conductor (usually a copper tube) that is curled into a ring, which generates a magnetic beam. When the metal is placed in it, the magnetic beam runs through the metal body and generates a pit current (rotating current) in the direction of the Self-turning of the magnetic beam... At this time of induction, the resistance in the metal produces Joule heat (1 square R), which makes the temperature rise. This is induction heating. Thus, the heated objects such as metals can be heated in a non-contact state. (Fever is caused by Joule heat and hysteresis loss, but mainly by Joule heat). TMS-35kw medium frequency power supply; the smelting capacity of pure gold water is 5-30kg for each furnace, and the smelting capacity of hot furnace is 30 minutes for one furnace.

Equipment peripheral configuration and power supply requirements
1. Required input voltage: three-phase 380V 50-60Hz (input range: 320v-420v)
2. Air switch is 3 × 80A; cable is required to be 12mm2 national standard soft copper wire
3. Closed circulating water tank or professional industrial chiller is recommended for cooling water to provide more stable cooling work for equipment. With professional chiller, keep the water temperature at about 22 ℃, which has the best cooling effect on the equipment, so it should be the first choice. The use of chiller can greatly reduce the failure rate of the equipment. The selection of chiller model depends on the power of the equipment. When using the chiller, the water temperature cannot be adjusted too low. Generally, it is controlled at about 25 ℃. If it is too low, it will condense in the equipment after it is lower than the dew point of the water, which will cause the insulation to drop and sparking and other faults.
