The basic composition of medium frequency melting furnace
Including intermediate frequency power supply, compensation capacitor box and smelting furnace. According to different application requirements, it may also include infrared thermometer, temperature controller and other devices; There are three kinds of smelting furnace: overturning furnace, top out furnace and fixed furnace. According to the overturning mode, the overturning smelting furnace can be divided into mechanical overturning furnace, electric overturning furnace and hydraulic overturning furnace.
Working process of copper melting furnace
The alternating current flows to a conductor (usually a copper tube) that is curled into a ring, which generates a magnetic beam. When the metal is placed in it, the magnetic beam runs through the metal body and generates a pit current (rotating current) in the direction of the Self-turning of the magnetic beam... At this time of induction, the resistance in the metal produces Joule heat (1 square R), which makes the temperature rise. This is induction heating. Thus, the heated objects such as metals can be heated in a non-contact state. (Fever is caused by Joule heat and hysteresis loss, but mainly by Joule heat).
Features of copper melting furnace
(1). Medium frequency melting furnace is used for melting steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, gold, silver and other materials.
(2). Medium frequency melting has good electromagnetic stirring effect, which is beneficial to the uniformity of melting metal temperature and structure, scum and impurity reduction;
(3). The frequency range is wide, from 1kHz to 20kHz. The induction coil and matching compensation capacitor can be designed to determine the output frequency by comprehensively considering the smelting amount, electromagnetic stirring, heating efficiency, working noise and other factors;
(4). Compared with SCR medium frequency, it can save at least 20% energy;
(5). The equipment is small in size and light in weight. The melting capacity ranges from a few kilograms to several hundred kilograms. It is suitable for both factory production and small amount melting in schools and research institutes.
