Product Description
The motor stator recycling machine is mainly used for the recovery of waste metal mixed with copper and iron. The material is crushed by crusher, then copper and iron are separated by magnetic separation and specific gravity.The waste electronic rotors are crushed and sorted by dry crusher, high magnetic roller separator and air separator. The waste motor rotors which are difficult to be disassembled manually are treated by professional equipment to obtain renewable resources. The whole process is carried out under negative pressure.
The motor stator recycling machine convey the material manually separated through the conveyor to the crusher for crushing. Pls note: Rigorously mix large axles, bearings, gears, large hard iron blocks into the material. The crushed mixture material is conveyed to the high magnetic roller separator by conveyor to separate non-ferrous metals (mixture material) and iron. Then it enters the separation shaker, using the different specific gravity of each metal unit, separates through wind and vibration, finally obtains copper, aluminum and iron which can be reused, realizes the recycling of metal, and brings good economic benefits.
