160 Ton Pressure Sheared Edge Size 700mm Hydraulic Alligator Shear
This series of hydraulic alligator shear are mainly used in the scrap metal processing industry to cut the metal (round steel, square steel, angle steel, channel steel, I-beam, steel plate and various metal components) in cold state. It is convenient for transportation and smelting. This series of models are suitable for metal recycling processing plant, scrap car dismantling yard, smelting and casting industry. It can cut all kinds of shape steel and various metal structural parts in cold state and process them into qualified furnace charge.
The cutting edge length of shears: 400mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, the shear force ranges from 63 tons to 400 tons. The shears with more than 700mm blade are especially suitable for cutting scrapped automobiles. The installation does not need foot screw, and the place without power supply can be powered by diesel engine. Small waste paper packer can also be equipped with blades, which can cut and compress the waste paper exposed in the process of packaging. The blade is widely used, so different materials decide what kind of blade to use.
Character of hydraulic alligator shear
1. Adpot hydraulic drive, reliable safety performance and convenient operation.
2. Cutting edge length: 600mm, 700mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, 1400mm, 1500mm; shear force ranges from 80t to 500t, which is suitable for users with different sizes and requirements, and can be customized according to customer requirements.
3. There is no need to use foot screw for installation, and diesel engine can be used for power supply where there is no power supply.
Safety operation regulations for hydraulic alligator shear
1. The equipment shall be operated by designated personnel, and other personnel shall not use it arbitrarily without training.
2. Before driving, check whether all parts are normal and whether the fasteners are firm.
3. It is forbidden to shear steel parts, cast iron parts, soft metal parts, too thin workpieces, workpieces with length less than 100 mm, and workpieces exceeding the length of scissors.
4. During operation, the human body is not allowed to approach the transmission part and knife edge of the equipment, and attention should be paid to the safety of the surrounding personnel to prevent the material from warping up and injuring people. The material should be cut as close as possible to the inside of the cutter. When cutting short materials, it is not allowed to use hand-held workpiece for feeding, but clamp feeding should be used.
5. When the equipment is in operation, the operator shall not leave the post without authorization, and the power supply shall be cut off when the work is finished or temporarily left.
