Description of copper cutting machine
Hydraulic copper cutting machine is a device for treating the stator of waste motor. This machine is mainly used to process the stator of the waste motor to achieve the copper extraction effect, so as to realize the full utilization of resources. If you have a large number of stator raw materials around you and want to take out the copper in good condition, this equipment can meet the requirements well. Copper cutting machine can disassemble different specifications of motor, stator diameter D= Φ 60mm- Φ 500mm or H = 50-315.
Motor stator recycling machine consists of two machines, copper wire cutting machine and copper wire pulling machine. Copper wire cutting machine is used to cut one end of copper windings in the motor stator, while copper wire pulling machine is used to pull copper windings out of the motor stator.

Working principle of copper cutting machine
The copper cutting machine mainly includes body shell, cutter, roller support column, stator plate and switch. When the motor is disassembled, the waste motor stator is first put on the roller support column, and the motor stator is processed by the plate. The cutter moves downward to cut off (cut off) the copper coil of the motor stator, and then pull the copper wire several times to pull out all the copper wires( This copper cutting machine can also be used with copper pulling machine, that is, after the copper chopper cuts the stator copper wire, the copper wire is pulled out through the copper pulling machine.)
Working condition of copper cutting machine
