◎Introduction
This series of products is a powder coating suitable for medium density fiberboard substrate (MDF) coating produced by special formula and production process. The coating film has excellent mechanical properties and decorative properties and can be widely used in the surface treatment of the modern furniture industry.
In recent years, due to the advantages of zero VOC emissions, powder coatings are a rapidly developing field in the coating industries, and their rapid development is driven by the current background of green environmental protection and sustainable development. At the same time, with the successful development of low temperature curing (120-140ºC) powder coatings and the innovation of IR curing methods, powder coatings for MDF are in the stage of rapid development.
The low thermal conductivity of MDF determines that the traditional heating method is not suitable for the curing of powder coatings, while the infrared radiation technology penetrates the surface layer of the powder and simultaneously heats the inner layer of the powder, uniformly and rapidly heating the inner and outer layers of the powder, which can effectively shorten the curing time. According to the functional analysis of infrared wavelengths, mid-wave infrared can provide the energy required for powder curing without damaging the substrate, and is suitable for the curing of powder coatings for MDF.

◎Storage Requirements
Store in a ventilated, dry and clean room below 25ºC, keep away from fire, heating, avoid direct sunlight, and strictly prohibit open-air stacking. The powder is stable in storage for 6 months under these conditions. If the storage period is exceeded, the test can be re-inspected. If the result meets the requirements, it can still be used.
◎Health and Safety
This powder coating is a non-toxic product, but inhalation of dust should be avoided during use. It is recommended that operators wear appropriate dust masks and glasses. If possible, try to avoid long-term contact between the skin and the powder coating, and the coating attached to the skin can be washed with soap.
◎Package and Transportation
The net weight of carton packaging is 25kg or 20kg.
