◎Introduction
This product is one kind of thermoset powder coating based on epoxy resins and curing agents.
Powder coating is a powder coating with 100% solid content. It is made of film-forming base material, pigment, filler, additive, and other materials. It is coated on the surface of the metal substrate by a high-voltage electrostatic spraying method or thermal coating process. High-temperature melting, leveling, and curing to form a coating film with good decoration and excellent protection performance.
Therefore, powder coatings have many advantages: zero VOC (no volatile organic compounds); easy to use; less waste and high utilization rate; excellent film performance; compliant with Rohs & Reach directives; very environmentally friendly. So the powder coatings are also called 4E coatings: Efficiency, Excellency, Ecology, Economy.
◎Application
For metal (steel or aluminum) items of interior use such as electrical appliances, auto parts, metal furniture, hospital equipment, camping accessories, HI-FI equipment, shelvings, etc.
In addition, by adding different additives, different surface appearances can also be made, such as textures, wrinkles, hammers, etc., to meet the needs of different customers in different usage scenarios.
