A self-priming slurry and sewage pump is a heavy-duty industrial pump engineered to handle the most challenging mixtures 
of thick, abrasive slurries, viscous fluids, and raw sewage containing high solid content. 
Its core innovation is a powerful self-priming mechanism that automatically evacuates air and primes the pump without manual 
intervention, making it ideal for dewatering sumps that frequently run dry.
Constructed with extreme durability in mind, it often features a hardened chrome or tungsten carbide impeller and replaceable 
wear plates within a robust cast iron or high-chrome iron casing to withstand severe abrasion and corrosion. 
The pump's hydraulic design, typically a recessed vortex or channel impeller, allows for the uninterrupted passage of large solids, 
stringy materials, and dense slurries without clogging.
This combination of self-priming capability and rugged construction makes it indispensable for demanding applications in mining, 
construction dewatering, industrial waste processing, and municipal wastewater treatment plants where handling thick, abrasive, 
and solid-laden waste is a constant requirement.



Standard scope of Supply
1). Diesel pump unit: Diesel engine, water pump, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel structure base (including fuel tank 80-120L), battery, connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control panel.
2). Standard design is the pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery composite type.
3). Can be designed according to customer requirement pump group, the fuel tank, control panel, battery, outdoor rainproof cabinet composite outdoor type.
4). Can be designed according to customer requirement trailer (four or two wheels) moveable type.

Structural characteristics
