Product Introduction
Sandwich panel container house is fast assembling container house, connected by bolts and nuts.
The size is 3000*6000*2800mm, which is bigger than 20ft shipping container.
It is composed of steel structure and sandwich panel.
For the steel structure is cold-bending galvanized steel, for the outside steel frame, also powder spray painted, double protect the main frame.
For the sandwich panel, double sides are galvanized color steel plate, the core material is rock wool or PU insulation material.
The main advantages of using sandwich panel container house:
1. Convenient transportation and installation;
2. Beautiful appearance;
3. It can be stacked to a 3-storey building with good seismic performance;
4. Saving-transportation costs: Transported in components, one 40ft shipping container can load about 13 sets of our container houses, which sace a lot of transportation cost.
FAQ:
1. The color can be customized?
Normally the standard color is white-grey.
It depends on the Quantity, if customer order is more than 30 units, the color can be customized.
2. How is your warranty?
One year warranty for main steel structure, and sandwich panels. Not include the harsh use environment, and human damage.
If there is problem, we will suggest you solve it on site and we will bear the relevant cost.
If it cannot be solved on site, we will arrange to deliver the broken parts to you.
Usually, after manufacturering our products, there will be inspection department to inspect, and we can provide them to you only after qualified.
And during the shipping process, we will buy insurance for the goods.
