Brief introduction of electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm:
The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm is a whole piece of rubber diaphragm installed with a riveting head used to block the compressed air pipeline or the air outlet of the blocking valve, a venting unloading hole and a bolt hole for fixed support around it. It is the key control part in the electromagnetic pulse valve.
DB116 ( DB116/C ) Diaphragm ( Membrane ) for Mecair pulse valve VNP216, VEM216, VNP416, VEM416, VNP616, VEM616, VNP716, VEM716; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse Jet valves are indirect type solenoid valves. When the solenoid of pulse jet valves gets energized, air trapped in the diaphragm is exhausted causing pressure difference in the diaphragm. Then the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When it is de-energized, air passes through the hole to the chamber which can balance the air pressure and close the valve. The opening and closing of the valve are done very fast for filter cleaning and consumption of compressed air effectively.
Working principle:
The electromagnetic pulse valve diaphragm divides the pulse valve into two air chambers. When the pressure of the rear air chamber makes the diaphragm close to the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is in a closed state, the pulse controller outputs a signal to move the armature of the pulse valve, the vent hole of the air chamber behind the valve is opened, and the rear air chamber quickly loses pressure, making the The diaphragm moves backward, the compressed air is blown through the outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is in the open state, the injection starts, the electrical signal output by the pulse controller disappears, the electromagnetic pilot of the pulse valve is reset, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the back When the pressure of the air chamber rises, the diaphragm of the pulse valve is close to the air outlet of the valve, the pulse valve is in the closed state, and the injection stops. The length of the injection time is controlled by the controller.
Structural properties:
It consists of a single layer or multiple layers coated with glue on both sides, and there are also rubber-free fabrics. According to its shape, the method is divided into membrane pressing method. According to the requirements of use, different rubber materials and diaphragms of different fabrics can be manufactured. The diaphragm has the properties of a blend of nitrile rubber and polysulfide rubber, the properties of the rubber used for the canvas disc diaphragm (commonly called diaphragm), and some silicone rubber, fluororubber, and chlorohydrin rubber developed in recent years.
