The RT1000-BLACK l machine is designed for Black DLC coatings.
DLC is the short name of Diamond-like-Carbon coatings are used in demanding automotive, non-ferrous material machining and industrial engineering environments where component surfaces are subjected to high contact pressure, intermittent lubrication or dry sliding and rolling environments where severe abrasive and adhesive wear conditions exist.
DLC coatings properties
DLC coatings are commonly applied onto various watch components, sport products, logos or accessories of brand products, medical industry like dental instruments and implants to provide a dark black, anti-reflective and bio-compatible surface with enhanced tribological protection properties.
In nowadays, this coating is also used for faucet, door handles those require high quality, which is exceed the conventional PVD decorative coatings properties.
This machine is suitable for the industrial production coating purpose.
