According to customer's demand, we will first determine the efficient and reliable equipment technical information, including drawings, data, models and configurations. Once the joint discussion plan been confirmed, a legal document (supply contract) would be signed. Then we will arrange the equipment production, including cutting, welding, assembly, and factory commissioning according to the technical drawings.
After finishing the factory commissioning, we will inform the customer to come and do the acceptance test. If the equipment passes the test, it will be disassembled and packaged, and the container will be ready to be loaded and shipped out to the port. Then the customer should arrange the factory personnel to arrive at the customer's site within a week after receiving the equipment. We will then complete the entire service of the device installation and acceptance.
The oven of Yingchuang Rotational Plastic Factory adopts an inner circular oven structure, which ensures high space utilization and energy-saving. It is further divided into 4, 5 or 6 pieces of assembly with a fabricated structure. Heating method uses the principle of hot gas rising, enabling faster heating, high efficiency, and more energy-saving. The burner is imported from the Italian Liya Road brand. The control system uses Siemens S7-1200 network cable communication technique to collect data and reduce the problem of traditional lines. Low-voltage electrical appliances are installed with Germany Schneider Devices, offering more stability and durability.
All motors are set up with Siemens variable frequency control, which helps to improve the service life and aging of the motor and the reducer. The gearbox adopts a domestic famous brand heavy-duty gearbox. The overall machine is fitted with a remote maintenance module and all equipment far away overseas can be monitored through the Internet. Operation mode is fool-like, simple, and the transmission parts are geared, stable, efficient, and have a longer service life.
