YINGCHUANG Heavy Duty Shuttle Rotary Rotomolding Machine, PLC Controlled LLDPE PE Large Water Tank Making Equipment For Industrial Plastic Storage Tanks is heavy-duty ferry shuttle rotational molding equipment independently developed and manufactured by YINGCHUANG Rotomolding, specially designed for mass production of LLDPE & PE large plastic water tanks, chemical storage tanks, sewage treatment tanks and large hollow plastic containers.

This shuttle rotomolder adopts mature double-arm reciprocating shuttle circulation structure, equipped with extra-large fully insulated sealed heating cabin, independent cooling station, multi-layer safe operation stair platform and overhead crane reserved lifting interface. Supported by industrial PLC touch screen intelligent automatic control system, it realizes unattended continuous circulation of heating, heat preservation, cooling and demolding without idle downtime, greatly improving production efficiency for water tank manufacturers. The ultra-wide internal heating space can hold oversized molds for 1000L–50000L large water tanks that carousel machines cannot accommodate. Each rotating arm is equipped with separate high-torque reinforced drive motor and reducer, with super strong load-bearing capacity to carry heavy tank molds, stable full-load rotation without shaking. The heating cabin adopts full-surround thick high-temperature thermal insulation cotton and multi-channel circulating hot air duct, tiny internal temperature difference, uniform melting of thick-wall LLDPE raw materials, effectively solving defects such as uneven wall thickness, cold spots and bubbles on large plastic tanks. All core configurations including arm maximum bearing capacity, heating power, air/water dual cooling mode and PLC automatic circulation program support full OEM customization according to customer workshop layout and water tank production specifications.
