An air suspension bearing centrifugal blower is a highly efficient, low-maintenance fluid transportation device that combines air suspension bearing technology with centrifugal blower design.

 It is widely used in wastewater treatment, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and power industries.

Air Suspension Bearing Technology

•  Contactless Suspension: High-pressure air forms a micron-level air film between the rotor and bearing, enabling complete suspension of the rotor without mechanical friction, eliminating wear issues common in traditional bearings (e.g., ball bearings).

•  Active Control: Sensors monitor rotor position in real-time, dynamically adjusting air film pressure to ensure operational stability, with speeds reaching tens of thousands of RPM.

•  Advantages: No lubrication required, oil-free operation, low vibration, and an ultra-long lifespan .

Air bearing turbo centrifugal blower adopts air foil bearings, direct-connection technology, high efficiency impeller and motor. No additional friction will occur, and motor power consumption is automatically adjusted according to the output airflow capacity (adjustable range 20-100%), so the energy-saving effect is remarkable.

Adopt air bearing and direct-connection way without mechanical contact. Noise is lower than 80dB- @ 1.5m, so there’s no need to install acoustic enclosure.

Air quality reaches ISO 8573-1 0 grade without vibration, so anti-vibration work is not required.
