What is a rotating grapple?
A rotating hydraulic grapple attachment is a specialized tool designed to be mounted onto an excavator. It features hydraulic-powered jaws that can grip and lift materials, with the added capability of 360-degree rotation for enhanced maneuverability.
Applicable conditions and product characteristics:
< Suitable for tree branches, sugarcane, stone, pipe, stone, wood
and other long strip material grasping, loading and unloeding,
handling and other operations. Widely used in agriculture, municipal
engineering, stone factory, timber factory and other construction
fields.
High strength slewing bearing device, self-protection hydraulic
motor drive, can rotate 360 degrees, easy to position at any Angle.
The motor is equipped with double overlcad and double balance device.
When the impact force is large, the intermal flow pressure can be
adjusted by itself to protect the motor in both directions.
< aNc boring process, high precision, high concenreicity, body
adopts Q355B high strength manganese plate, in 1ine with the
excavator manufacturer's standard, high strength, high toughness,
high wear resistance.
Cylinder built-in balance valve, stable operation, stable
clamping force, high safety, prevent the cylinder pressure
relief caused by grasping objects off, cylinder rod diameter
increased, greater grasping force, stronger stability.
Applicable fields
Can be used for loading and unloading straw, reeds, and slender wood.
Product Features
Made of wear-resistant steel, lightweight and wear-resistant, with a large gripping capacity and flexible and lightweight operation.
Adopting imported rotary motors, with a long service life.
The oil cylinder adopts grinding tube and imported oil seal, with short working cycle and long service life.
