Intro
RS-2000W ultrasonic wire welding machine utilizes high-frequency vibration waves transmitted to the surfaces of the two wires to be welded. Under pressure, the ultrasonic waves create a molecular fusion between the two surfaces. Its advantages include high speed, energy efficiency, high weld strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, spark-free operation, and a near-cold state.
The machine utilizes a 32-bit single-chip microcomputer control system, with all functions fully computer-controlled. The ultrasonic output frequency automatically tracks the welding head frequency, any frequency drift caused by prolonged welding, any false frequency changes caused by the welding head pressing against the product, and the ambient temperature, ensuring the machine operates at the optimal frequency. This ensures a more stable, perfect, and reliable weld.

The control wiring of the electrical box is very simple, with two aviation plugs on the back: a 30mm 2-pin connector for the audio output and a 25mm 7-pin connector for the start switch and emergency stop switch.
