Single Pointer Pressure Gauge System description of Drilling Instruments
Mud pump pressure system consists of mud pump sensor, mud pressure gauge, hydraulic hose and accessories.
Mud pressure effects on the fluid in the diaphragm, make the piston move and extrude hydraulic fluid in the cylinder through the hose (there is no piston in CD106, so the fluid can move untill bourdon tube barrier free), pressure is teansmitted to bourdon tube, make the tube end move. Shifting of the tube end was enlarged by movement, then make the center gear turns clockwise, the pointer indicates the pressure of mud.
Gauge provides quick, accurate check of mud pump operation. The systems monitor mud pump operations detect potential problems accurately and efficiently .The gauge comes in box mounted or panel mounted configurations. The system consists of 6 inch pressure gauge, a gauge protector or 1:1 piston separator, a high-pressure hose and hand pump.
