Integral Spiral Blade Stabilizer Description
Integral blade stabilizer is an important tool in the drilling engineering to control the well deviation. It can stabilize the drilling tools in the drilling process of oil, gas and geological exploration. It can increase the bit life, drilling speed and well bore quality. There are two kinds of integral stabilizers: spiral integral blade stabilizer and straight integral blade stabilizer.
The drilling stabilizer Application
When the drill string is rotated at high speed in the hole, the slender drill pipe is kept running smoothly, so that the bit axis is as close as possible to the center line of the drill hole, also called the centralizer, which is used in oil, gas and geological exploration drilling projects. An important tool for changing the inclination of the well. The stabilizing effect is mainly to reduce the radial and axial violent vibration of the drill string elastic system in the hole; to reduce the eccentric wear of the drill bit and the drill pipe; to ensure the core quality; to prevent the well inclination or to use manual directional drilling. The stabilizer has a relatively simple structure and is a large diameter joint with rib pieces (straight or spiral). The form of the stabilizer can be divided into a drill string type and a bottom hole type.
Also known as the centralizer, it is a tool for stabilizing the downhole drilling tool and acting as an anti-slope. A device that is attached to a section of the drill string near the large diameter drill to stabilize the direction of the drill.
