BOP Handing System description:
BOP Handing System is specially designed as equipment to lifting, moving, installation, inspection and dismantle for BOP. of Pneumatic ctrl is applied to the device, as result it runs smoothly, operate easily and work reliably with perfect performance. It can be controlled to carry out synchronically lifting(up &down),moving(forward and backward),and individually lifting(up &down), moving(to and fro) within limited distance as well in great favor of installation and dismantle operation of BOP for end-user.
BOP Spare Parts Handing System Structure and Principle
Two self-locking 25t pneumatic control chain blocks are used for lifting to ensure that the loading stop at the needed position.
The transverse moving is mainly carried out by two traveling cranes (single track). Two pneumatic motors drive four driving wheels, drive dolly, and then drive four driven wheels by reducing speed for each traveling crane. Balance structure is employed with the whole structure to evenly distribute the loading to every rolling wheel with reasonable wheel pressure to ensure the reliable moving.
Whole controls of the device are employed with pneumatic control and driven by pressurized air. After passing through control valve group from air source, the air drives the 4 pneumatic motor or the lifting & drawing motor of traveling crane, and then drives the traveling crane to and fro or drives the chain up and down after the speed is reduced. Two control boxes respectively control the right and left traveling crane moving, right or left block lifting and dropping to install or move the whole or partial Blowout Preventer (BOP).
