Features:
1) Thin layer multi-channel drying layer, by increasing the mesh heat transfer area, improve the heat utilization rate. Good drying uniformity and high efficiency. There is no residual dead angle during the drying cycle, which is uniform and easy to clean, preventing mixing.
2) The grain wheel adopts advanced frequency conversion speed regulation system, which automatically adjusts the drying speed ratio according to the change of grain moisture to ensure the quality and efficiency of grain drying.
The transmission bearings are all designed as low speed, three-layer dust protection device, so that the bearing is not easy to enter the interior of the dust during rotation, effectively improving the service life.
3) After the exhaust fan has been carefully modified, the maximum air volume can reach 17500m3/h, the full pressure up to 850Pa, and the use of large air volume effectively improves the drying effect and low noise.
4) The auger blade adopts wear-resistant material 45Mn, and the hardness of the surface after treatment reaches HRC50~52, and the service life is long.
5) Hot air furnace heating indirect drying grain, drying process, grain continuous circulation, grain friction between each other, can remove the surface of the grain, fur, etc., and by the dust collector discharge machine, improve the dry grain cleanliness.
6) Resistive in-line moisture detector is adopted. Automatic moisture determination, automatic shutdown after reaching the set value, with high-precision sensing control performance.
7) Low temperature balanced drying can effectively reduce the grain burst rate during the drying process, improve the refining rate of rice, and thus improve the quality of rice.
8) The control system adopts the man-machine interface to display the operating state of the dryer, the operation is simple, divided into automatic and manual two operation modes, the automatic display fault is clear at a glance, easy to quickly find and eliminate, safe and practical.
9) Remote control system (optional): real-time data interaction, monitoring the operation status of the equipment, and realizing nanny-style intimate service; When the fault occurs, the fault point can be understood at the first time; Be able to guide users in self-troubleshooting on the phone; Save users waiting for maintenance time; Service accessories for targeted carrying and distribution: The control system can be adjusted over long distances.
