Autoranging CV/CC output, millivolt-level programming resolution and sub-2 mV ripple keep sensitive analogue and RF bias rails rock-steady, while 10 ms SCPI command processing over GPIB or analogue control accelerates production throughput. Remote-sense terminals cancel lead losses, and comprehensive OVP/OCP plus over-temperature protection safeguard both DUTs and cabling.
Each unit ships ISO-17025-calibrated with current firmware, offering Keysight-grade reliability, full manual/driver support and substantial capital savings compared with new hardware.
