The two main types of TNC connectors are standard and reverse polarity. Primarily made from die-cast and molded materials, these affordable connectors are ideal for various commercial uses. Despite their performance not reaching industrial or high-performance levels, they are extensively used in avionics, communications, and numerous general industrial fields. Furthermore, reverse polarity and 75-ohm versions of the TNC connector are also accessible.
