PP Macro Fiber Embossed Description:
1.PP macro fiber embossed is a synthetic macro fiber manufactured of 100% polypropylene fibers,which does not contain reprocessed olefin materials and has excellent alkali resistance, impermeability, and corrosion-free properties.PP macro fiber is a lightweight, high-strength, and corrosion-resistant polymer material.
2.PP macro fiber is an excellent substitute for traditional steel mesh, which can significantly reduce plastic shrinkage cracking and improve the durability and mechanical properties of cementitious mixtures.
3. For residential concrete projects like patios, pp macro fiber is the perfect way to increase concrete strength and durability. These types of fibers are synthetic and offer secondary reinforcement to improve strength and uniformly distribute the concrete.
4.These pp macro fibers are wrapped in bundles of water-soluble film and packed in cartons. When used, just put the whole boxes of the pp macro fibers into concrete. The cartons and film are dissolved in water and the pp macro fibers are evenly dispersed in the concrete mixture.

The results show that the concrete with macro synthetic fiber has better toughness and anti-microcrack effect.
