PP Macro Fiber Embossed Describtion:
Synthetic large fibers are made of polypropylene. Typically, the fibers are wrapped in bundles of water-soluble film and packed in cardboard boxes. When you use them, you don't need to unpack them, just put them in the concrete, because the cardboard boxes and films that pack them are water-soluble.It has the function of anti-shrinkage, anti-cracking, increase anti-seepage capacity, increase friction resistance, increase freeze-thaw resistance and so on.
PP Macro Fiber Embossed Feature:
1. PP macro fiber embossed is easy to disperse, can be evenly dispersed in mortar and concrete, so as to ensure the crack resistance
2. PP macro fiber embossed is convenient to use. It does not need to change the proportion of mortar. Just put the whole box of fibers into the mortar mixture and stir evenly after adding water.
3. PP macro fiber embossed has excellent economic performance: the equivalent diameter of PP monofilament is only φ0.03mm, so the diameter to surface area ratio is high, on the basis of crack resistance, can reduce the amount (about 0.6kg/ m3).
4. PP macro fiber embossed is easy plastering: A large number of fine fibers evenly distributed in the mortar, easy plastering, improve the surface and base strength.
5. PP macro fiber embossed has stable chemical properties, strong acid and alkali resistance, and can be used in any engineering project.
PP Macro Fiber Embossed Applying Instruction:
1.Compound Amount. To resist the common cracks on surfaces, 0.6kg/m3 fibers to cement paint is enough, and for reinforced application 0.9-1kg/m3 is enough.
2.Stirring requirement. The proportion of cement, sand and aggregate is no need to be changed. Put cement, aggregate, additive and fiber together, then stir after adding enough water (Do not stir without water! ) and time for stirring can be prolonged for 2~3 minutes in order to make the compound mix completely.
