This cooler refrigeration unit is specially designed for 80㎡ medium-temperature cold storage above 8℃, and is widely used in food processing workshops, fresh food distribution warehouses, and central kitchen ingredient preservation rooms. It adopts high-quality external rotor motors with a double-sided air outlet structure that delivers soft and uniform cold air, avoiding direct cold wind blowing on the surface of goods. This effectively reduces the dry consumption of fresh ingredients and maintains the original taste and quality of food.

The unit runs stably with low noise during operation, which will not interfere with the on-site working environment of the processing workshop, making it very suitable for refrigeration scenes close to the operating area.

Equipped with staggered copper coils and a mechanical tube expanding process, this cooler refrigeration unit makes the copper tubes and aluminum fins fit closely without gaps, which greatly improves the overall heat transfer efficiency and ensures stable and sufficient cooling output.

With a nominal cooling capacity of 14900W and 2 φ500mm fans delivering 2×6500m³/h air volume, it can quickly pull down the warehouse temperature and maintain a uniform temperature field in the cold storage. The 6mm wide fin spacing is optimized for medium-temperature working conditions above 8℃, which effectively slows down frost accumulation on the fin surface, reduces the frequency of defrosting, and ensures the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment.

The shell of this dual outlet cooler refrigeration unit is made of aluminum alloy with plastic spraying treatment on the surface, which has excellent corrosion and rust resistance, and can maintain a good appearance after long-term operation in a humid cold storage environment.

Its smooth shell surface is not easy to accumulate dust and dirt, which is convenient for daily cleaning and disinfection, and fully meets the hygiene management requirements of food processing and storage scenarios. The unit adopts a ceiling-mounted installation design with pre-reserved standard lifting holes, which does not occupy the valuable ground storage space of the cold storage.

The side-mounted inlet and outlet joints can flexibly match the pipeline layout of different machine rooms, and can be quickly adapted to both new cold storage projects and old warehouse renovation.
