The FNV-300 features an advanced V-type double-layer vertical frame architecture engineered for commercial refrigeration condensing units, central HVAC chillers, and cold room rack systems. Delivering a nominal 99 kW heat exchange capacity across an expansive 300 m² heat dissipation surface, its upper V-shaped coil provides exceptional thermal efficiency, while the spacious lower compartment offers dedicated internal clearance for housing compressors and manifold accessories to save machinery room floor space.
To prevent system high-pressure trips under heavy summer ambient loads, the FNV-300 utilizes three φ600 mm external rotor axial fans, generating a high total air volume of 29,400 m³/h at 3×780 W fan motor power. Its 4×16 multi-circuit copper tube geometry optimizes fluid distribution for R404A, R507A, R134a, R407C, and R22 systems, lowering discharge pressures and energy consumption.
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubes mechanically expanded into high-grade alloy corrugated aluminum fins, the FNV-300 guarantees maximum heat transfer and mechanical durability. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic underwater pressure tightness testing prior to factory dispatch to ensure zero refrigerant leakage. Its heavy-duty steel frame is finished with electrostatic powder coating to resist outdoor weathering, UV rays, and corrosion.
