The D10.8E9 is a ceiling-suspended unit cooler engineered specifically for low-temperature refrigeration applications, cold storage logistics centers, and quick-freezing rooms operating down to -35°C. Delivering a nominal cooling capacity of 10.8 kW, this high-efficiency unit guarantees rapid temperature drawdown and consistent thermal stability to prevent cargo deterioration.
In low-temperature cold rooms, rapid ice formation on fin coils restricts airflow, leads to temperature spikes, and increases energy consumption. The D10.8E9 solves these operational problems with an extended 9 mm fin pitch (3 FPI) structure coupled with three φ450 mm low-temperature axial fan motors. Generating a total air volume of 15,900 m³/h with a 12-meter air throw, it ensures deep cold air distribution while delaying frost bridge formation.
Equipped with an integrated 12.1 kW electric defrost system featuring stainless steel heating tubes and low-temperature epoxy-encapsulated wiring, the D10.8E9 achieves thorough ice removal with minimal thermal impact on stored products. Each unit undergoes strict factory water-tank pressure testing at 2.8 MPa, features IP55 fan protection, and supports multi-refrigerant operation including R507A, R404A, R23, R134a, and R22.
