The FNV-150 features an intelligent double-layer frame structure designed specifically for commercial air conditioner condensing units and modular chillers. The upper V-type heat exchanger provides a nominal 49.5 kW heat dissipation capacity across a 150 m² heat transfer surface, while the spacious lower base offers dedicated mounting clearance for compressors and fluid control components, significantly saving installation footprint.
Engineered to deliver reliable heat rejection in commercial HVAC systems, the FNV-150 is equipped with two φ500 mm external rotor axial fans generating a combined airflow of 13,000 m³/h. The 4×14 multi-circuit copper tube layout optimizes refrigerant velocity and heat transfer for R407C, R404A, R134a, R507A, and R22, maintaining efficient condensing performance while operating at low motor power.
Constructed with inner-grooved seamless copper tubing mechanically expanded into corrugated aluminum fins, the coil assembly ensures excellent thermal conductivity and long-term durability. Every unit undergoes strict 3.0 MPa pneumatic underwater pressure tightness testing to guarantee complete leak-free security. Its electrostatic powder-coated steel casing effectively withstands outdoor weather exposure, UV rays, and atmospheric corrosion.
