Juhua R32 refrigerant chemical name is difluoromethane, molecular formula CH2F2. Difluoromethane is a coolant with zero ozone depletion potential. It is a gas at room temperature and a colorless and transparent liquid under its own pressure. It is easily soluble in oil and insoluble in water.

storage and transportation
R-32 refrigerant cylinders are pressurized containers, and should be kept away from fire, heat sources, and direct sunlight during storage. They are usually stored in a cool, dry and ventilated warehouse; they should be lightly loaded and unloaded during handling to prevent cylinders and valves, etc. Accessories are broken.

Safety Guidelines
1. It is strictly forbidden to run the R32 system without vacuuming;
2. It is strictly forbidden to run the compressor with no load when the valve is open;
3. It is strictly forbidden to remove the connecting pipe to check whether the compressor has suction or exhaust (whether there is gas discharge from the small valve);
4. It is strictly forbidden to start the operation when the valve is not opened;
5. It is strictly forbidden to use the compressor of the air conditioner itself for pressure leak detection;
6. It is strictly forbidden to vacuum the compressor itself;
7. It is strictly forbidden to start the operation in a vacuum state;
8. It is strictly forbidden to add refrigerants of different working qualities or inferior refrigerants;
9. Refrigerant recovery is strictly prohibited for more than 2 minutes (applicable to household machines);
10. It is strictly forbidden to shield protection devices such as overload protector, exhaust high temperature protection, overcurrent protection, high and low voltage protection.
In addition to safe and standardized operation, R32 should not be careless during actual storage. It should be stored in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse to ensure that the temperature of the container does not exceed 50 °C. Keep away from fire, heat and direct sunlight. should be kept away from oxidizer, do not store together. The lighting, ventilation and other facilities in the storage room should be explosion-proof, and the switch should be located outside the warehouse.
