The RCS200C is a compact water well drill rig equipped with a superior hydraulic propulsion system. This system provides stable torque to the drill string, reducing energy loss and enabling more precise drilling control. It features dual-mode operation with a mud pump and air compressor, offering flexible options for air, foam, or mud circulation to suit different formation types. Whether rotary or percussive drilling, this rig efficiently operates in a wide range of geological conditions, from soft soil and gravel to hard rock, with a drilling depth range of 0 to 200 meters. Its fully hydraulic configuration simplifies power transmission, reduces points of failure, and helps maintain stable progress on site.
Weighing approximately 2,000 kg and mounted on a rubber-tracked chassis, the RCS200C is easily towed by a standard pickup truck, eliminating the need for large transport vehicles and reducing logistics costs. Its diesel engine provides off-grid power, enabling operation in remote mountainous areas with limited electricity supply. Its size and maneuverability make it ideal for sites with narrow or restricted access. The drilling rig is widely used in water supply projects, agricultural irrigation wells, shallow geothermal facilities, exploration sampling wells, environmental monitoring wells and small-diameter micropile/foundation projects, providing versatile solutions for various site conditions.
