HTJZ-A1 Axle Counting System is a "fail-safe" track occupancy detection system designed to determine whether a track section is occupied or clear. The system consists of an indoor central processing unit and outdoor axle counting points. By accurately counting the wheel axles of trains passing over each detection point, the system can reliably determine the occupancy status of a track section, providing essential input for the railway signal control system.

Sensor of HTJZ-A1

· The magnetic head sensor consists of a transmitting head and a receiving head, which are mounted on the rail using a clamping fixture.
· The transmitting head is positioned on the outer side of the rail, while the receiving head is installed on the inner side.
· The sensor features a fully encapsulated design and offers IP68-rated protection against dust and water ingress.

Trackside Electronic Unit of HTJZ-A1

· The Trackside Electronic Unit consists of a magnetic head board and a protective enclosure, and is mounted on the ground or wall using a mounting bracket.
· The magnetic head board adopts a modular single-board design and is housed inside the protective enclosure.

· The enclosure is made of aluminum alloy, sealed with gaskets, and provides IP66-rated protection against dust and water.
