Grinding Dust Extraction Table (Grinding Dust Extraction Table) is a kind of industrial dust removal equipment specially designed for removing metal dust, fiber debris and solid particles generated during grinding, polishing, deburring and other processing. Its core functions include:

1. Classification
(1) Dry dust removal grinding table
It adopts dry dust removal technology to capture and purify the dust particles generated during the sanding process through high-efficiency filtration materials (such as cartridges) to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
(2) Wet dust removal grinding table
Wet dust removal through water or other liquid media and dust particles in contact with the dust particles, so that the dust particles wet and settled down, so as to achieve the purpose of dust removal. This type of dust removal has higher safety when dealing with flammable and explosive dust.
(3) Lay-flat dust removal grinding table
Lay-flat working surface is easy to place and fix the workpiece, improve the stability and efficiency of the grinding operation.

3. Installation Instructions
(1) It should be used on a firm and flat ground to avoid noise caused by the machine shaking.
(2)When using the machine, please pay attention to whether the voltage of the power supply is compatible with the machine, and do not share a socket with other electrical appliances.
(3) Do not tilt the machine more than 45 degrees when moving or carrying it.
(4)When using the machine, please pay attention to keep a space of not less than 50cm-100cm around the machine.
(5)The operation of the equipment is simple, in the control system of the equipment within the faceplate has been adopted intelligent design, turn on the power switch can start to work, after the operation is completed turn off the power switch.
(6)Wiring three fire one zero.
