Raw material mixing--Bottom layer production--Hot press production--Water cooling--Cutting--Edge trimming--Packing
1.Material fully mixing and feeding
2.Adjust the thickness,produce bottom and middle layers
3.Cut the print film and wear layer into needed sizes to match the flooring size
4.Stack up base layer,print film,wear layer on a steel panel
5.Convey the stacked layers into hot press machine
6.Water cooling and UV coating
7.Keep flooring in balance temperature room for 48hours
8.Cutting the floor into different sizes
9.Trimming or slotting if needed
10.Quality inspection
1.Water proofed:you can clean the flooring by a mop,no worry the shrinkage as wood floorings.
2.Anti slip:if you have children or aged people at home,it is well protected them.
3.Cozy foot step :It is high resilient,you feel comfortable when walking or playing on the vinyl flooring.
