Machine overview :
H-beam automatic assembly machine is mainly composed of a door frame assembly, a tie rod system assembly, a hydraulic system assembly, an input and output raceway assembly, and an electronic control system. The main components of this machine are welded structural parts, which are strong and lightweight. And important parts have been stress relief treatment, not easily deformed. The main transmission part adopts the motor--Changzhou cycloid reducer--the driving method of the driving roller (the front and rear conveying rollers pass through the sprocket chain and the sub-transition), and the linear speed is the speed of the assembly using the AC variable frequency speed regulation. Optional within the range of 0.5-6 M/min. The main drive roller and the main press roller are all special steels and have been specially processed. The wear resistance is good and the precision is high. The positioning centering action of the machine is always driven by the hydraulic system. It is firstly positioned and centered by the tie rod system, and then it is clamped by the gantry assembly. Wing board determination in the clamping process through the hydraulic system - rack and pinion pair - sprocket chain vice - gear pair - the screw drive to achieve. The web clamping process is determined by the hydraulic system - the rack and pinion pair - the sprocket chain pair - the screw rod auxiliary drive, and the main pressure roller lift is also achieved through the hydraulic pressure. The special structure of hydraulic transmission, mechanical synchronous positioning and positioning, can guarantee the accuracy of its web positioning for any width of the wing. The hydraulic lifting and positioning device at the front of the gantry is used to align the wing plate and the web to ensure the flatness of the end surface of the H-shaped steel. By changing the output frequency of the Taiwan Taian Inverter, the speed at which the H-shaped steel is assembled can be changed.
