Product Description
It is mainly used for flow measurement of industrial pipeline medium fluid, such as gas, liquid, steam and other media. It is characterized by small pressure loss, large measuring range, and high accuracy. It is hardly affected by fluid density, pressure, temperature, viscosity and other parameters when measuring volume flow under working conditions. There are no movable mechanical parts, so the reliability is high and the maintenance is small. The instrument parameters can be stable for a long time. The vortex flowmeter adopts piezoelectric stress sensor, which has high reliability and can work in the working temperature range of -20℃～+250℃. It has analog standard signal and digital pulse signal output. It is easy to use with digital systems such as computers. It is a relatively advanced and ideal measuring instrument.

Claim
1.Requirements for the external environment The vortex flowmeter should not be installed in places with large temperature changes and receive       heat radiation from the equipment. If it is necessary to install, it must be insulated and ventilated.
2.The sensor should not be installed in an environment containing corrosive gas. If it must be installed, ventilation measures must be taken.
3.The sensor is best installed indoors. When it must be installed outdoors, it must be protected from moisture and sun. Pay attention to whether       water will flow into the amplifier box along the cable. When wiring, bend the cable into a U-shape outside the electrical interface.
4.There must be ample space around the installation of the sensor, and there should be lights and power sockets for installation of wiring and            regular maintenance. 
5.The wiring position of the sensor should be far away from electrical noise, such as high-power transformers, motors, and power supplies.
6.There should be no radio transceiver near the sensor installation point, otherwise high-frequency noise will interfere with the normal use of the        sensor.

principle
If a triangular cylindrical vortex generator is installed in the fluid, regular vortices are alternately generated from both sides of the vortex generator. This type of vortex is called the Karman vortex. As shown in the figure on the right, the vortex array is arranged asymmetrically downstream of the vortex generator. .

The vortex flowmeter is composed of a vortex generator designed in the flow field, a detection probe, and corresponding electronic circuits. When the fluid flows through the vortex generator, two alternating rows of vortices are formed on both sides of it. This vortex is called the Karman vortex street. On the basis of the Karman vortex street theory, Strohar proposed that the frequency of the Karman vortex street is proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid, and gave the relationship between the frequency and the flow velocity:

These alternating vortices form a series of alternating negative pressures. The pressure acts on the detection probe to generate a series of alternating electrical signals.
