Ⅰ. Product Description

With the increasing emphasis on the breeding environment in agriculture and animal husbandry, galvanized steel structure chicken houses have become the mainstream choice for aquaculture and poultry farming due to their anti-corrosion, stability, lightweight and high-strength characteristics. The chicken coop adopts hot-dip galvanizing process to treat steel structural components, which can effectively resist corrosion problems in high temperature and high humidity environments, and the design life is over 20 years. Ⅱ. Product Structure

1.  Main Framework System :

-Made of hot-dip galvanized H-beam/angle steel welded together, the columns and beams are connected by high-strength bolts to form a rigid support system, with a wind resistance level of 10 and a seismic fortification intensity of ≥ 7 degrees;   

-A/H-type egg chicken equipment dedicated framework design, suitable for multi-layer cage equipment layout, optimizing space utilization.   

2.  Enclosure System :

-The roof and walls are made of 0.5mm galvanized color steel plates or 50mm EPS sandwich panels, which have both waterproof, moisture-proof and thermal insulation properties. The surface coating of the panels has a weather resistance of ≥ 10 years;   

-Reserve smart device interfaces (ventilation openings, feeding pipe holes) to ensure convenient system integration.   

3.  Intelligent aquaculture system :

- Automatic tray feeding system : Chain type feed conveying device, timed and quantitative feeding, increasing feeding efficiency by 60%;   

-Nipple drinking water system: Stainless steel nipple type water dispenser with a water saving rate of 30%, equipped with a filtering device to ensure water quality;  

-Ventilation system: longitudinal negative pressure fan+wet curtain combination, air exchange rate ≥ 60 times/hour, summer cooling range 5-8 ℃.
