2. Core Customizable Options
2.1 Belt Design

We offer four types of belt designs to match different material characteristics and transportation requirements:

  • Plain Belt: Suitable for transporting regular, non-adhesive grain coal ash chips and general chips. It features a smooth surface that allows materials to move steadily without excessive friction, ensuring efficient conveying.
  • Perforated Belt: Ideal for scenarios where material drainage or ventilation is needed. The perforations on the belt enable the separation of excess liquids (such as coolant) from the chips, keeping the conveyed materials dry and reducing unnecessary weight during transportation.
  • Dimpled Belt: Provides enhanced grip on the conveyed materials. The dimpled surface increases friction between the belt and the chips, preventing slippage even when transporting materials at an incline or handling lightweight, easily shifting grain coal ash chips.
  • Combo Belt: A versatile combination design that integrates the advantages of the above belt types. It is suitable for complex material transportation tasks where multiple requirements (such as anti-slip and drainage) need to be met simultaneously.

The conveyor is available in four standard belt pitches to adapt to different material volumes and conveying speeds:

  • 1.5 inches (38.1 mm): Suitable for small-volume, precise transportation of grain coal ash chips or fine chips. It ensures accurate material positioning and low conveying noise.
  • 2.5 inches (63.0 mm): A medium pitch option that balances conveying capacity and speed. It is widely used for regular transportation of grain coal ash chips and general industrial chips.
  • 4.0 inches (101.6 mm): Designed for medium to large-volume material transportation. It can efficiently convey larger quantities of grain coal ash chips, improving overall production efficiency.
  • 6.0 inches (152.4 mm): The largest pitch option, suitable for heavy-duty, high-volume transportation of grain coal ash chips, tough scrap, and heavy parts. It provides strong load-bearing capacity and stable operation.
2.3 Cleats

Cleats are essential for preventing material slippage, especially when the conveyor is inclined. We offer four cleat types, with custom options available:

  • Serrated Cleats: Feature a serrated surface that enhances grip on materials. They are perfect for transporting wet or sticky grain coal ash chips, as the serrations can effectively break through surface adhesion and prevent material accumulation.
  • Flat Cleats: Simple and practical, suitable for transporting dry, non-adhesive grain coal ash chips and regular chips. They provide a flat barrier to keep materials in place without adding unnecessary complexity.
  • Inverted "V" Cleats: Designed to centralize materials during transportation. The inverted "V" shape guides the chips to the middle of the belt, preventing material spillage from both sides, which is ideal for narrow conveyor belts or precise material positioning needs.
  • Custom Cleats: We can customize cleats in terms of shape, height, and spacing according to specific customer requirements. Whether it's for special-shaped chips or unique transportation angles, custom cleats ensure optimal material retention and conveying efficiency.
2.4 Additional Functional Components
  • Integrated Coolant Tank: An optional integrated coolant tank that collects and stores coolant used in the material processing process. It eliminates the need for separate coolant storage equipment, saving space and simplifying the overall system layout. The tank is designed with a large capacity to reduce the frequency of coolant refilling, ensuring continuous operation.
  • Coolant Filtration: Paired with the integrated coolant tank, the coolant filtration system removes impurities (such as small chip particles) from the coolant. This extends the service life of the coolant, reduces equipment wear caused by impurities, and maintains the quality of the conveyed materials by preventing contamination.
  • Heavy-Duty Impact Plates: Installed at the material inlet of the conveyor, these plates are made of high-strength, wear-resistant materials.
