The F1590V is a high capacity replacement filter purpose built for Ingersoll Rand VA F1590V housings. It delivers superior air purity for large scale industrial operations where uninterrupted high flow is mandatory. Common deployments include central compressed air plants serving multiple laser cutting tables, whole factory electronics assembly zones, and continuous duty sandblasting lines.
Inside the 113 mm diameter body lies a densely packed activated carbon charge that aggressively adsorbs oil vapor. Outlet residual oil content measures just 003 ppm. Simultaneously, the media captures solid particles down to 001 micron absolute. Together these figures satisfy ISO8573-1 Class 1 for both oil aerosol and particulates.
The F1590V supports a remarkable 265 Nm³/min processing capacity. Despite this huge throughput, pressure drop stays ≤001 bar, cutting energy use by 5 to 7 percent. The 421 mm tall construction with wide cross section reduces air velocity, allowing the 8000 hour service interval to be reached even under maximum flow.
