documentation. Please be aware that informal communication channels such as Whatsapp, email,

etc., will not be considered valid for manufacturing purposes.

3. How long does a quotation take?

Under normal circumstances, we endeavor to respond to Requests for Quotation (RFQ) within a

couple of days from the time of submission. Should there be any unforeseen delays in the quotation

process, we commit to informing you as soon as possible.

4. Can I use my own material for production?
