Manufacturing Process
High-purity alumina powder → Precise formulation → Ball milling and mixing → Spray granulation → Dry pressing/Cold isostatic pressing → High-temperature sintering (>1600°C) → Precision CNC grinding → Non-destructive testing → Full-dimensional inspection → Packaging and shipment.

Usage Instructions

  1. Installation and Handling: Although highly strong, it is still a brittle material. Avoid localized stress concentration during installation and never strike directly with a metal hammer. Use soft tools is recommended.

  2. Thermal Shock Management: Despite good heat resistance, avoid severe rapid cooling and heating to maximize service life.

  3. Mating Materials: It is recommended to pair with softer materials (such as carbon graphite, copper, 45# steel) or with itself to prevent premature wear of the mating parts.

Q1: How does the strength and heat resistance of alumina ceramic compare to metals?
