A modular data center means that each module has independent functions and a unified input and output interface. Modules in different areas can back up each other, and a complete data center is formed through the arrangement and combination of related modules.
In terms of modular design method, it includes modular design in space layout, and modular design is also adopted in each functional system of the data center, which can be divided into modules, floors and phases during construction. In terms of product form, there are several forms of data center modularization: modular products, micro modules (Micro Module) and containerized data centers.

Features                                             

Intelligent Fire Safe System

Alerts personnel and drops ceiling panels based on temperature to enable fire suppressions system in the room toextinguish the fire. Once fire signal alarm in room, the top plate will open automatically, and fire extinguishing gasesan enter the aisle.

Efficiency Flexibility

Increases the capacity of the air conditioner by supplying a warmer return air temperature. It supports for varying aislewidths, rack heights, rack depths, and single rows. Supports hot and cold aisle containment.

Automatical Door Structure

One-way locking door or safe slide doors secures the hot aisle while allowing for quick exit in case of emergency, thesliding door can be closed automatically, can be installed door access system and can be opened from inside to outside if an emergency occurs.

Modular Design & Fast Deployment
Two cabinets and roof ceiling form a unit of self-contained closed space/aisle, it is called hot or cold aisle containment,can be installed seperatedly,provide scalable solutions as demand change or grow.Modular design provides scalable solutions to add cooling as demand increases.

Aisle Containment -Modular design
Adopting modular unit design concept, each unit can be installed and disassembled independently, and can be closely connected with adjacent units, which is convenient for disassembly and assembly; at the same time, it is also suitable for maintenance and management of other equipment on the channel.

Good sealing
All unit modules in the hot and cold aisle system are connected precisely, and the parts are sealed with good sealing tops or sponge strips, which not only maintains the aesthetics, but also prevents the leakage of cold air in the cold aisle.

Good light transmission
The system is composed of toughened glass with strong light transmittance

End gate

(1) The end doors of the aisle are divided into sliding doors and double doors, which can be selected according to customer needs.

(2) Sliding door size: height × width × depth = 2050mm × 1200mm × 42mm.
The sliding door adopts a sliding structure, the cabinet is used as the carrier, and the upper and lower rails are installed to ensure the independence of the closed channel system. The door panel is bent from 1.5mm cold-rolled steel plate, and tempered glass is installed in the middle to ensure the visibility of the area in the passage.
