The turbine servo cylinder, also known as servomotor, is the core executing component of hydro‑turbine hydraulic governor system. Under hydraulic oil driving, it outputs large thrust to push the control ring and linkages of wicket‑gate mechanism, to adjust the opening of guide vanes. It governs water flow passing through turbine, and further realizes unit speed and active‑power regulation.
Poor performance of servo cylinder, such as excessive internal leakage, jamming or slow response, will result in inaccurate guide‑vane adjustment, unstable unit speed, and endanger the safety and stability of hydropower unit.

High‑precision piston rod: Surface adopts advanced hard‑plating anti‑corrosion treatment, excellent wear‑resistance, scratch‑resistance, extending sealing‑system service life.
Optional position feedback interface: Can be equipped with displacement sensor mounting interface for real‑time guide‑vane opening signal feedback, convenient for governor closed‑loop control.
Fully customizable configuration: Output thrust, stroke, working pressure, mounting hole position, connection thread and lever‑head structure can be customized to match original unit for new‑build or retrofit projects.
