The Zhongshen Heavy-Duty Poultry Manure Belt is built for large farms that need rugged reliability. Its extra-thick PP/PE construction withstands the punishment of heavy, sticky manure. Reinforced with steel-core drive rollers, the belt never loses track or stretches, even under maximum load. It continuously pulls waste from the house into a central pit or conveyor tunnel, automating cleanup. With corrosion-resistant additives and special cold-flex polymers, the belt resists cracking in sub-zero winters and degradation in summer heat. This means years of service with minimal replacement. By automating waste removal, the system helps reduce ammonia odors and keeps barns cleaner – one study found automated belts cut ammonia levels significantly versus manual methods.
