Goyen Type CA50MM 2'' Full Immersion Dust Collector Diaphragm Valve
Tank mounted full immerse pulse valve mainly used in Dust collector applications, in particular for reverse pulse jet filter cleaning and its variations. electromagnetic pulse valve is a pulse jet bag filter cleaning system of compressed air "switch." resistance control pulse controller output signal, bag-by-room injection cleaning, so dust is maintained within the set range, in order to ensure processing power and dust collection efficiency.
The pulse jet bag filter mainly uses the pressure air bag to compress the air as the dust removal energy. When the pulse jet valve is activated, the pulse airflow is pulsed from top to bottom. The dust layer attached to the outside of the filter bag is shaken into the hopper of the bag filter by pulse oscillation.
Our manifold flat mount valves for reverse pulse jet systems in dust collectors are manufactured from die cast aluminum. They are full immersion valves, with the inlet port located right inside the compressed air manifold. Drawing the compressed air directly from the tank delivers improved pneumatic performance and a significant boost to the air pulses.
