Spiral welded PHE features:
Spiral plate heat exchanger is made by welding two thin metal plates on a dividing plate and rolling them into a spiral shape. The two metal plates form two spiral channels, and a head or cover plate. During heat exchange, the hot and cold fluids enter two channels respectively, and do strict countercurrent flow in the heat exchanger.

Relatively low pressure loss, handle large-capacity steam or gas; have self-cleaning ability, because the medium flows in a spiral shape, dirt is not easy to deposit; easy to clean, can be washed with steam or lye, simple and easy to install, suitable for cleaning devices; The medium takes a single channel, allowing the flow rate to be higher than other heat exchangers.
5. Can be used in combination with multiple units
When a single device cannot meet the use requirements, multiple devices can be used in combination, but the combination must meet the following requirements: parallel combination, series combination, and the same distance between devices and channels. Mixed combination: one channel in parallel, one channel in series.
