Tantalum bayonet heater in chemical industry to heat

 

We call this equipment a tantalum bayonet, and it is used in high temperature and strong acid conditions. (TDI, MDI and spent acid treatment)
This market is very small, and it is different every time. It is not produced according to the standard, so it is not included in the performance table.

We have made tantalum bayonet heat exchangers, as well as tantalum-lined steel rings, tantalum-lined pipes, tantalum-lined insertion pipes, etc.

Here is a rough description of the structure:
Tubesheet: CS tubesheet loose lined tantalum sheet, and additional tantalum bolts will be added to the tubesheet to prevent negative pressure.
There is not only a tantalum tube on the tube plate, but also a section of tantalum sleeve
The pipe of the steam pipe box is carbon steel, a PTFE backflow head will be installed at the front end, and there will be small parts of PTFE on the carbon steel pipe.


The bayonet heat exchanger will be equipped with a glass lined vessel. If the customer places an order, it is necessary to provide the outline drawing of the glass lined to ensure that there is no problem with the installation.
