Description:
1. Stplas develop double/twin shaft plastic shredder. The ST2 series double shaft shredding machine adopts the advanced technology introduced from Europe and passed the CE Certification of Quality System.
2. With features of low speed, high torque, low noise. over-load protector, the machines are suitable for treating the big and thick plastic products such as big diameter plastic pipe, big PP woven bag, the shell of TV sets, refrigerators, washing machines, tires , plastic packing case, computer hard disk, aluminum, bronze, paper, cartons, steel whose thickness is less than 20mm, etc.
Function:
1. Electronic components are a combination of Siemens and Schneider ( or customized )
2. Advances bearing housing-isolates bearing from cutting chamer contamination and protects against bearing failure
3. Strong shredding capacity and frame
4. Utilizes high torque at low speed to maximize power and minimize noise
5. The shredder machine is control by PLC system; the blade can rotate inopposite direction and closeautomatically if something unexpected happens; with very high safety service.
