2,How do you maintain the quality of your products?
To ensure quality, both the A side plate and B side plate are machined using the same machine. This ensures that the guide pins and bushes are in the same position, maintaining consistency. Additionally, we conduct a thorough inspection of the moldbase before shipment. If any dimensions are found to be rejected, we will rework a new plate to meet the required specifications.
3,What CAD file formats do you accept?
We accept CAD file formats such as X-T and STP. These formats are suitable for our design and manufacturing processes.
4,How do you handle shipment?
We can handle the shipment of the moldbase through our company. We are experienced in dealing with various shipment terms, including EXW, FOB, CIF, and DAP. You can choose the shipping option that best suits your needs.
5,What is the lead time for orders?
The lead time depends on the size of the moldbase. For sizes below 500mm, the lead time is typically 5-10 days. For sizes ranging from 600-1200mm, the lead time is usually 10-15 days. Larger sizes over 1500mm may require approximately 15-20 days. However, if you have an urgent order, we can prioritize your work and adjust the lead time accordingly.
